This Intellectual Property Disclaimer ("Policy") governs the use of all content, materials, and intellectual property available on the website www.learntoplay.live ("the Site"), owned and operated by Analog Kitchen / Lucien Foort / Viktor van der Weegen / Fik Art / Fik Art & Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). This Policy applies to all users, including students, registered participants, instructors, collaborators, and third-party contributors ("Artists"). By accessing and using the Site, all users agree to comply with this Policy and applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to music, sound samples, video clips, images, artwork, educational materials, digital assets, and course content, is the exclusive property of us and its affiliated contributors unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Artists creating content on or for the Site retain ownership of their original works. However, by participating in the Learn To Play Live program, Artists grant us a exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and promote their contributions for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes on the Site and its affiliated platforms.

3. Ownership of Music and Samples
All music, sound samples, and audio content produced within the course, during masterclasses, or as part of any educational session conducted on LearnToPlay.Live are the rightful property of us and LearnToPlay.Live. Participants agree that any music or samples created in these environments are exclusively owned by us, and no participant may commercially exploit such works without written consent from us.

4. Intellectual Property Rights for Artwork
All artwork, designs, and visual media created by "Fik Art" from "Fik Art & Studio" remain the intellectual property of "Fik Art." Any artwork produced within the course, through collaborations with artists in the program, or in association with LearnToPlay.Live remains the sole property of "Fik Art," unless a separate agreement is made with us.

5. Protection of Collaborative Works
Any content produced through collaborative projects within the Site, including live performances, recorded sessions, and jointly developed music or sound designs, will be subject to shared intellectual property rights between us and the contributing Artists. Agreements defining usage rights, royalties, and licensing terms may be required for commercial exploitation of such works.

6. Usage Restrictions
Users and Artists may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the Site for commercial purposes without express written consent.

• Use any branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials of Analog Kitchen without prior authorization.

• Share or distribute any paid course content, educational materials, or exclusive digital resources outside the Site.

• Engage in any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Third-Party Contributions
Some content on the Site may include third-party contributions such as artist collaborations, licensed sample packs, or educational materials. Such content remains the property of the respective owners and is used under proper licensing agreements. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or modification of third-party materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Student & Participant Contributions
By enrolling in the Learn To Play Live program, all students and participants irrevocably assign all rights, titles, and interests in any and all work created during the course or masterclasses, including but not limited to music, sound samples, audiovisual recordings, and other creative outputs, to Analog Kitchen and LearnToPlay.Live. Participants acknowledge that they will not retain any ownership rights over such works and that Analog Kitchen has full and exclusive rights to use, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit these works in any manner, without any obligation of compensation to the participant.

9. Trademark & Branding Rights
The names "Analog Kitchen," "Learn To Play Live," and associated branding, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Analog Kitchen. The names “Fik Art”, “Fik Art & Studio” and associated branding, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Fik Art & Studio. Unauthorized use of these trademarks for personal or commercial gain without explicit permission is prohibited.

10. Copyright Infringement Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. If any user believes their copyright-protected work has been used on the Site without authorization, they should contact us immediately at info@learntoplay.live  to request removal or resolution.

11. Digital Rights Management (DRM)
